I did a few hard resets too (by pressing RSTR for 30 secs) but of no help.

You will of course need to know the IP address of your Innomedia (fill in the 'xx'). Thanks for the reply Pinan. Two questions though.
I read quite a few topics here, I thought it was the LAN port that I should connect my gizmo to. So is it LAN or WAN? How do I find the IP address of my device? It was infact 198.162.99.1 (from Net2Phone) and it is supposed to be 198.162.251.1 after changing the firmware to the V3075 sunrocket version.
Now I can't login with either of them. Even that login window asking for a password isn't showing up. Vodafone modem software download.
Please point me in the right direction. I'm curious, how did you unlock the MTA 6328-2Re? I thought it was unlock to begin with? I have a MTA 3328-2R that I brought from a VOIP vendor here in South Florida. They went out of business within a year and I'm stuck with a unit a paid $95 for. I wish I could load the original Innomedia firmware, which according to the manual for the device, had all the VOIP available thru the GUI. At this point, I have to telnet into the 3328-2R inorder to see the VOIP settings.
Any way to get the stock firmware for this device? When I do the telnet, I saw a lot of reference to net2phone!
Hope someone can help me with a related problem. BBTelSys has discontinued service and I'm stuck with two InnoMedia MTA6328-2Re boxes that no longer work. I've done a hard reset and successfully executed the /restore2.ssi command. Can log in as a user, but still have had no success in getting to admin functions.
Browser doesn't find /Voice_adminPage.htm page. User screen shows 'Image Version V7.0.8' which I'm guessing is the firmware version (different from what's been posted above for other vendors' boxes). I've tried Admin/slapshot, admin/password, and other variations posted throughout this and other sites for SunRocket and N2P devices without success. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I'm about to give up.
Thanks, tried that one too, as well as logging in by telnet. Just can't get past the password screen in a browser or telnet.
I thought for sure that a hard reset with the reset button would get me to where one of the posted user/password combinations would work, but no luck. Guessing that this is a later firmware that they used a different password, and there's apparently no way to install different firmware without logging into the box.
